Payment and Registration

To secure a spot, please complete the contact form on our contact page. We will send you an email with an intake form, which we kindly request you fill out! Then we will set up a complimentary consultation over Zoom to ensure this program is a good fit and to answer any questions you may have! Quirky Quest currently offers separate groups for children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities. Each group is tailored to participants’ age and support needs. Once the consultation is complete, we can register the adventurer in one of the groups!

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least four weeks before the first scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than four weeks before the program begins are not eligible for a refund, as groups are intentionally kept small and are planned in advance.

  • Once the program has started, refunds are not typically provided. Our programs run with a maximum of six participants and follow a continuous, story-based structure. While it is sometimes technically possible for a player to join after the story has begun, doing so means they miss foundational elements of the adventure and do not receive the full intended experience. In addition, program spots are limited and families may have been turned away once a group is full. For these reasons, late cancellations have a direct impact on our ability to offer the program sustainably.

  • That said, we recognize that autistic and neurodivergent children and adults with developmental delays may experience unexpected challenges that make continued participation difficult. In cases involving health, accessibility, or other unforeseen circumstances, a prorated refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Families are encouraged to reach out to us directly so we can discuss their situation with care and understanding.

We look forward to embarking on this adventure with the next group of adventurers!
